Here at Marches Business Group, we do things a little differently, although we will still advertise vacancies we have a No-vacancy Required Recruitment Policy open within the group which means that just because we don’t have vacancies at the time, doesn’t mean we won’t give you a role.

We are looking for an office supervisor to lead the day to day operations of the From The Anvil and Marches Ironmongery teams. This hands-on leadership position offers an exceptional opportunity to develop managerial skills and to play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategies, and the team below you.

We’re on the hunt for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Marches Ironmongery Team, the longest-established business within our group. The role will be centred around promoting and selling a wide range of products within the joinery and home renovation industry, where you will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Supported by an internal team full of technical knowledge and experience, you will be the face of the company, visiting both new and existing clients to maximise their potential.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and highly motivated Ecommerce Specialist to lead the charge in shaping and scaling our brand-new B2C website for one of our well-established brands. With at least three more ecommerce websites in the pipeline over the next 2 years, this role is primed to become an extremely significant position within our group.

We’re in search of a seasoned and driven Project Manager to lead the charge in creating and expanding our brand-new ecommerce website, where end-users can seamlessly pick and personalise their dream internal doors. You will be the driving force behind this new start-up, ably supported by the resources available within our wider business group. Our 5-year business plan for this new venture includes a growing team, and the potential for multiple showrooms, meaning this role will continue to grow with the success of the business.

Business Pathways Apprenticeship
The Marches Business Group group is proud to offer an intensive business apprenticeship that allows committed individuals to obtain an overall knowledge of what goes into running a successful group of businesses. Candidates will be enrolled on a Level 2 BTEC Diploma in Business Administration, as well as completing all of our in-house courses and gaining valuable experience of the work place through part time work across the group.
