Photography & Videography

We have a small team of photographers and videographers that make up a part of our larger creative team. Between them they create, and curate all the media used across all of our business’s digital platforms.

Once a photograph is taken and a video filmed, they then work with editing software to achieve the desired results. Keeping up with the latest market trends and being open to trying new ideas and produce original content is essential for these roles.

Salaries for photography and videography roles range from £16,000 to £35,000 per annum. Creative experience, all round business knowledge, and a number of key skills and attributes can lead to opportunities in more senior roles such as Marketing & Branding, or Creative & Graphic Design.

  • A creative flair with an eye for photography.

  • Ability to understand and follow a project brief.

  • Organised with good time management skills.

What Our Team Say

“As a Videography and Photography Executive for the Marches Business Group, my role includes getting content for our social media platforms, creating fitting guides, training videos and going on multiple case studies to photograph and video various different properties around the country. I then edit and compile the footage for use on our websites, social media and other platforms.

I enjoy the whole process from planning, filming, editing and presenting the final article to colleagues and customers.”

— Ben. Videography & Photography Executive.

“As a product photographer the main aim of my role is to photograph stock onto a white background in the studio for the company’s websites.

Some of the products can be difficult to photograph due to numerous challenges including getting angles and colour tones right and dealing with reflections.

Solving these challenges stretches my photography skills and gives me plenty to think about which I find immensely satisfying!”

— Andy. Photography Coordinator.
