At Marches Business Group, we build and grow businesses we believe in. Our core company From The Anvil, design, manufacture and supply architectural hardware to joiners, door and window manufacturers, and ironmongery resellers across the UK.

We are looking for a meticulous individual to join us as Projects & Quality Control Coordinator; someone who demonstrates a passion for developing products while maintaining exceptional quality standards.  This exciting new opportunity is within our From The Anvil brand of ironmongery, lighting and homeware, and plays a key role in ensuring we uphold the industry leading standards we are known for across new and existing products.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our product development department within our established quality control team who are responsible for ensuring our products continue to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role offers a driven and detail orientated individual the chance to work across a variety of projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality products while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete thorough quality checks on product deliveries to ensure they meet required standards.

  • Create and maintain accurate datasheets for new and existing products, ensuring product information is clear and accessible for customers.

  • Inspect, repair, and manage products held in quarantine.

  • Coordinate bespoke product enquiries from home interior and renovation customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.

  • Oversee and organise the inventory of spare parts, ensuring they are organised and readily available.

  • Coordinate product releases, including organising samples for photography, completing technical drawings, and generating barcodes.

  • Assist with ongoing product development and improvements.

  • Support product purchasing activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

A positive and detail-orientated individual who enjoys a thorough, analytical approach to their work. Experience working with products would be helpful, but just as important is a willingness to learn, ask questions and get stuck in.

£20,000-£33,000 (depending on experience), plus company-wide bonus linked to overall annual sales growth of the group. You’ll be part of Marches Business Group, with access to the wider benefits and support that come with working for a growing, people-focused group.

Salary, Bonus & Benefits

We are based at LD1, Mid Wales. Role requires attendance at HQ, Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm.
