Marketing Executive

From The Anvil & Period Property Store – part of the Marches Business Group

At Marches Business Group, we build and grow businesses we believe in. Two of our core companies, From The Anvil and Period Property Store, design, manufacture and supply architectural hardware alongside other premium home build and renovation products to a wide-ranging customer base across the UK.

We are looking for an individual with energy and excitement for our From The Anvil and Period Property Store brands and product ranges to join our expanding Creative Team, helping to grow brand awareness, social media following and engagement, alongside involvement in other marketing activities across market leading brands within our group portfolio.

The Role

Working collaboratively with our wider Creative Team; including photographers & videographers, graphic design, ecommerce and social media specialists, you’ll use social media platforms and other marketing tools to promote our products and services, engaging customers with the aim of increasing audiences and brand awareness, brand reputation and ultimately sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer engagement and new customer acquisition using social media and email marketing.

  • Increase brand visibility in the marketplace by effectively using the latest digital tools to enhance ecommerce strategies and initiatives.

  • Independently identify, pitch and implement new commercially driven creative campaigns and strategies that effectively promote our range of premium home renovation products, supplies and other associated services.

  • Work with the Marketing Manager, and the wider Creative Team to successfully deliver campaigns in line with business objectives.

  • Research and analyse campaign results in preparation for marketing performance reviews, sharing insights and information to drive informed decisions to ensure customers have a positive and unique experience at every touchpoint with our brand.

  • Guide the wider team with insights and information during campaigns.

  • Actively monitor market trends, tools and competitor activity.

  • Adapt and evolve in line with changing trends, business needs and customer demand.

What We’re Looking For

A creative interior design and renovation enthusiast, with an eye for all things aesthetic and a passion for social media and marketing who can demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of our brands, products and core customer base. 

Salary, Bonus & Benefits

£30,000-£40,000 (depending on experience), plus company-wide bonus linked to overall annual sales growth of the group. You’ll be part of Marches Business Group, with access to the wider benefits and support that come with working for a growing, people-focused group.

Location & Working Hours

We are based at LD1, Mid Wales. Reliable commuting or relocation would be required for non-local candidates. Some flexible working may be available for the right person, but we value having people in and around our team to learn from each other and make progress together.

Working hours Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm.
