Customer Service

We have dedicated team members across our group that service our customer’s needs. Like our sales teams, they vary from face to face, to office based, and business to business.

Roles vary from assistant, up to director level, and can involve working independently or overseeing a team. Salaries vary from £16,000 up to £25,000 within the group, and a customer service role can provide a great starting point to progress to other more specialised roles like Sales, Career Development, Recruitment & Consultancy, or Marketing and Branding to name a few.

What Our Team Say

“I absolutely love my role in Customer Services. No two days are ever the same. From phone and email communications, being able to assist our customers with their requests and enquiries and to achieve an outcome for our customer’s really does give me job satisfaction. ”

— Lucy. From The Anvil Customer Service Assistant.

“Customer service plays a huge part in my role as Sales Assistant. I deal with everyday enquiries from members of the public by email, telephone, and also face to face in the shop and showroom. My other regular duties include mixing paint, cutting keys, replenishing stock to ensure healthy stock levels are maintained, and also processing all payments. The team I work with, and the people I meet in this role are always friendly and helpful, and I really enjoy that no two days are the same and there is always something new to learn.”
