Engineering, Carpentry & Electrical

We have several roles within our group that are fulfilled by skilled tradespeople such as engineers, carpenters, and electricians. From hands-on work, to offering help and advice to our customers, practical knowledge and trade experience is an invaluable asset to have across our teams.

We have a variety of flexible roles within the group, with salaries between £25,000 and £50,000. There may also be opportunities where we are able to facilitate apprenticeships, and we are happy to discuss opportunities on an individual basis.

Practical skill and experience, all round business knowledge and a number of key skills and attributes can lead to further opportunities in senior Operations & Project Management roles, or Quality Control & Product Development.

What Our Team Say

“My role as Product Engineering Executive involves developing prototypes for new products, working on bespoke customer projects, and ongoing product development and improvements across our existing product ranges. I love the experimental nature of the work and the variety, always thinking of ideas, solutions and new ways of doing things. The most satisfying part for me is seeing the ideas and designs come to life, and then others reaction to the finished piece.”

— Adam. Product Engineering Executive.

“I really enjoy my role as Woodwork and Display Coordinator, I have always been creative and good with my hands, and my role at Marches Business Group allows me to explore and perfect many skills, I have learned a lot in the past year here and I look forward to building on what I have learned to create more new and interesting displays.”

— Andy. From The Anvil Display & Woodwork Coordinator.
