The Role:

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the Warehouse Team. You will uphold the company’s commitment to reliability and excellence by adopting a proactive approach to control the shifting demands and to assist with the timely execution of order dispatch. Additionally, your exceptional organisational skills, accurate attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction in this capacity.

Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you will contribute to improving warehouse efficiency and output by identifying bottlenecks, suggesting process improvements, and maintaining clear communication across cross functional teams. This role offers hands-on operational experience and plays a key part in our ability to foster growth, deliver exceptional service and maintain a well-organised, high-performing warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support accurate and efficient order fulfilment by picking, packing, inspecting and dispatching orders to meet daily targets, ensuring all products are correctly labelled, secured, and prepared for shipment.

  • Assist with stock replenishment, monitor stock levels during order processing and report any discrepancies or faults to the Team Coordinator.

  • Inspect items for damage or defects prior to packing, confirming only quality items are dispatched to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Keep warehouse spaces organised and tidy, complying with Health & Safety protocols, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and system records, including updating inventory, processing orders, and completing shipping manifests to ensure data integrity.

  • Collaborate effectively within the team to prioritise workloads, meet daily schedules, adapt to shifting priorities, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

  • Assist with receiving and unpacking incoming returns and failed shipments as required.

  • Understand and effectively communicate with varying departments within the business to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities and operation fulfilment.
