Join us for this unique placement opportunity where you will contribute to essential day-to-day accounts processes and gain exposure to a variety of accounts operations alongside completing a Level 2 Diploma.
We are seeking a motivated and detail orientated individual to join our Accounts team as an ‘Accounts Apprentice’ on a fixed term, 12-month contract. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional accounts’ environment, while completing a Level 2 Diploma in conjunction with a local college, supported by internal training and development.
No previous experience is required as what matters most is enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing a career in accounts.
During the placement, the successful candidate will complete our structured Internal Business Course, comprising 12 uniquely designed modules that provide a strong foundation in core business principles. Following successful completion of the programme and subject to performance, candidates who demonstrate commitment and capability may be offered a permanent role, with the opportunity to undertake a professional AAT accounting qualification.
Some of our team have already completed apprenticeships, as well as other recognised qualifications while working at Marches Business Group, and we firmly believe that completing a structured course while gaining hands-on experience in the role provides a practical and effective way to develop your skills and build a successful career.
